Artist’s Statement
“I am a painter from and currently living in New Jersey. At the moment my artwork forms from memory and imagination, and finds much inspiration from nature. From fruit to blooming flowers and reaching branches, ferns and leaves, the strange, strong and wonderful beauty of flora is brought within, inside, expressed with detail or gesture. Layered and textured. The bit of fantasy to an interior. A painting sometimes holds, partly hides, a face or two, seemingly just pondering. Often pets wander into the painting as well.”
