Interior Designer Collaborations

Partnering with interior designers from all over to help them find the perfect painting for their project is one of the most thrilling parts of our work. Not only are we able to source from what we have in the gallery, we’re also able to pull work from our artists’ studios for designers’ clients to consider.

We offer members of the design trade a discount on all works we have listed in the gallery. Please contact the gallery if you’d like to receive more information about The Willard Gallery’s Trade Program.

We’ve been fortunate to collaborate with talented designers in helping source unique works of art for the spaces they create for their clients. Scroll below for some of our favorite projects with glimpses of art from the gallery’s artists.

A reproduction of Julie Bowers Murphy’s Grey Day in Penobscot Bay was created specifically for this project by Samantha S. Pappas and its Samsung Frame TV. Nearby is Anne Darby Parker’s Young Lady in the Garden. Both are fantastic anchors for this Cumberland bonus room. See more of this project of Samantha’s at this link. Photo by Courtney Elizabeth.

Yarmouth-based designer, Samantha Pappas, used an abstract work Kathy Soles in a local kitchen. This view of the kitchen has been featured in both Maine Homes Magazine and Maine Home + Design. Photo by Courtney Elizabeth.

York-based interior designer, Susan Haynes, was deciding between two Elizabeth Endres paintings for this sitting area. She ended up choosing the painting on the mantel because it complemented the fireplace surround’s Delft tiles.

Another Elizabeth Endres selection by interior designer, Susan Haynes - the perfect bright accent to the dark walls in this lovely, plant-filled sitting room.

A trio of Maine landscapes by Stephen Dinsmore anchor this Harpswell bedroom designed by Samantha S. Pappas. View more photos of this home by Samantha at this link. Photo by Courtney Elizabeth.
